Kris Kling, CrossFit RedZone

Kris Kling

Kris is a co-owner and trainer at CrossFit RedZone. He has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Kinesiology from James Madison University. Throughout his studies, Kris took courses dealing with training in specialty populations, such as pregnant women, the elderly, and those with cardiovascular conditions. He was also the President of JMU’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Team. Kris has always been passionate about being fit and started incorporating CrossFit into his life after his freshman year of college.

Kurt Kling, CrossFit RedZone

Kurt Kling


Kurt is a co-owner and trainer at CrossFit Redzone. Before founding CFRZ with his brother in 2012, he served in the US Air Force for seven years and has been a Personal Trainer for going on ten years. With nearly six years of CrossFit experience, Kurt has trained at several boxes across the country and coached in gyms all throughout Connecticut. His passion for the sport and a reputation for building close relationships with his clients have made him a valued part of many coaching staffs.

Stephanie Krieg


Stephanie is currently finishing up a degree in Health Promotional Sciences & Nutrition at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT. Her certifications include; World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S), The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as her CrossFit Level One Trainer Certification. Stephanie's five years of training experience have helped her transition into the CrossFit arena by combining her passion of the sport with her dedication to watching her clients succeed day in and day out.

Megan Boyle


Megan has been actively involved in the heath/nutrition industry for over 5 years and holds CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, Youth Yoga, and MADD Dog Spin certifications.  She has over 10 yrs experience working with kids. She is also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and has extensive knowledge in holistic wellness and nutrition.  She believes in the connection of the mind, body, and nutrition.  With the connection of those elements, athletes have tools to be an expert of their own body and fuel it for success.

Lilia Wills


Lilia is an experienced yoga teacher and a regular yoga practitioner for over 13 years.  She teaches an eclectic style of yoga from a vigorous power flow and acro yoga for athletes and seasoned yogis to a more gentle style for beginners, a fun and playful style for children, as well as a therapeutic style for those with specific needs and abilities (arthritis, tension headaches, etc).  For CrossFit athletes, she targets strengthening and stretching in ways that complement the CrossFit lifestyle.  She can be reached at
