CrossFit RedZone is the most experienced CrossFit facility in Newtown and the surrounding area, so we understand how to safely deliver a constantly varied diet of common movement patterns; it is unlikely that you will see the same workout twice, so you will never get bored. We recognize that everyone has different fitness capabilities and because of that, there is a coach overseeing every class.
